Cancellation Policy
Thank you for scheduling an appointment. Because appointment times are limited, please review the following policies before confirming your booking. Appointments Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the website. Please arrive on time so we can use the full appointment period effectively. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time through the booking confirmation email or by contacting me directly. Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be able to be rescheduled. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day. No Shows If an appointment is missed without notice, future appointments may require confirmation before booking.
